2013 Color of the Year - Emerald Green

OK I'm the first to admit that the 2012 color of the year - tangerine wasn't one of my favorites.  I'm just not an orange kind of a girl. When I heard that the 2013 color of the year was emerald green, I was much happier.  Green is a color that I not only love to see in nature but I also enjoy wearing in clothes and cosmetics.

Sephora + Pantone Universe Color Theory Shadow Block [Bionic]

Green is the most abundant color in nature.  The human eye sees more green than any other color in the spectrum.  Emerald green is the perfect balance of warm and cool which makes it very flattering to many skin tones.   Sephora and Pantone have announced the 2013 Color of the Year beauty collection that features Pantone 17-S641 Emerald available exclusively at Sephora in March for a limited time.
