I recently had the chance to visit the Hyatt Lost Pines Spa in Texas where I had my very first spa pedicure. I know. I don't know how I lasted as long as I did without ever having a real spa pedicure. Of course, now I am totally hooked on pedicures. Unfortunately, I cannot go back to Lost Pines Spa every week. There is a way to care for your feet at home until you can visit a spa.
Care For Your Feet At Home
One of the things I found most enjoyable about my spa pedicure was the process they used to soften my feet. Like most busy women, I spend a lot of time on my feet running errands, chasing after kids, shopping and doing housework. That certainly takes a toll on your feet.I received an Emjoi Micro-Pedi that uses a unique roller that spins 360 degrees to smooth away rough, calloused, hard and dry skin on your feet in seconds. Now that sandal weather is here to stay, you will want to make sure that your feet are looking their best.
The Micro-Pedi has a unique Micro Mineral Roller that spins 30x per second to remove the dry, rough, hardened, callused skin from the soles of your feet. Emjoi has added two new attachments that make it even more useful.
- Micro-Pedi Precision Kit cone
- Micro-Pedi Manicure Kit
These two new attachments make it possible to smooth, shape and buff nails on the hands and the feet. You can now get a salon quality manicure and pedicure in your home. It is easy to care for your feet at home and has a convenient travel case so you can take it with you when you go on vacation.
I found that the Emjoi was very easy to use. You don't need to rub it back and forth since it is powered and spins itself. It was very gentle on my feet as well and there were no cuts or aggravation at all. It uses 2 AA batteries to power it. The Emjoi was easy to hold and the grip is rubberized.
The Enjoi comes with an extra roller and a little brush to clean it with. All you need to do is clean it under running water. It took very little time to use and see actual results. This is a great way to care for your feet at home when you cannot get to the spa.

I would only want to do this as I have issues having Pedicures done in spas. THanks for the Emjoi tool suggestion!
ReplyDeleteI was actually researching this last night. The micro pedi seems like a great way to keep my feet summer ready, and much more affordable than monthly spa visits!
ReplyDeleteI really need this. I CRAVE spa pedicures because my feet get so dry and ugly, especially in the summer.
ReplyDeleteI'm impressed with all the functions! I remember buying the something for the heels, something for the nails and it's such a pain to have all these different devices when I could have it all-in-one!
ReplyDeletedefinitely a good way to keep your feet looking nice for summer sandal season!
